The news today stated a boy 17 will be charged for manslauther for driving the car that his friends was holding onto while skateboarding, he fell and hit his head and unfortunately passed away.... How sad is that and you know what I really dont think in my opinion that the boy should be charged.... at all. Okay it was stupid and dumb and all that but it was an accident. I really hope that he doesnt get charged.... We went bonnet surfing and who would have been charged if one of us had been killed??? Nobody because we were and are all consenting adults, being stupid......and having fun! |

He Was 17 Not An Adult,The driver nd HE should know better.Imagine if Either one of them were your Child.In My Opinion He should Be Charged. |
